Like Kagerou, she doesn't exactly need to kiss someone to extract the vital "spiritia" energy, but it is her prefered method under the guise of Akiko who she possesses in this scene. After doing so, she decides to sap the life force of the first guy who walks through the door, leaving him lying on the floor with a blank stare. Her true target, however, is the lead singer of a band Akiko was affiliated with, but getting close to him is a problem so she takes out a few others before tackling that challenge.
