I'm going to need some help from you guys on this one. The girl featured in this clip is a mermaid, and prior to this scene she was gasping for air leaving me to believe that she's simply sucking the moisture from his body to breathe. But the cut to her legs with water "dripping down" seems suspicious. At first I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me, but it seems that she's manipulating her own "moisture" to fill him up with water and drown him. This goes along with a later scene when she materializes from water vapor and summons a wave to consume the protagonist. Still I think I need someone else's opinion to confirm this.

As far as the live stuff is concerned, I agree I should post more of it, though I'll admit I prefer videogame/anime stuff, but I can only post what I know about and aside from what was mentioned I only know of two other live action scenes which I've having trouble finding digital copies of.
